As a result, there are no purchases, payments, or transactions eligible for refunds.
Any hardware, prototypes, or systems provided by xbionics are shared as part of research collaborations, pilot programs, demonstrations, or internal testing initiatives, and are not offered for commercial sale.
Research & Pilot Programs
Participation in xbionics research, testing, or pilot programs does not involve consumer purchases and therefore does not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If xbionics introduces paid products or services in the future, a separate and updated refund policy will be published at that time.
